Fit Tight Covers Design Process

Field Services

The first step in designing your custom Fit Tight Cover is obtaining accurate measurements. We can send a trained representative to your facility to quickly measure the equipment. These measurements are then transferred electronically to our design department to begin development immediately.

Custom Engineering

The measurements are used by our experienced design specialists to create a template on our CAD software.

CNC Machine

Our CNC machine then uses this template to cut the material to the exact measurements of your equipment Check out the video to see our CNC Machine at work.

Fabrication

Our in-house designers, seamstresses, and stuffers have more than 50 years of combined experience creating removable insulation covers. They use the custom patterns from our design department to fabricate high-quality covers made to fit your equipment.

Quality Check

Before each Fit Tight Cover is shipped, we perform a complete FTC Quality Check – dimensions and measurements are confirmed, materials are verified, and seam strength is tested.
