Congrats on 15 years! Calvin Brasel, our Vice President and General Manager shares, “Russ started out in the shop with us. He went to college and worked full time, moved to CAD designer, and then completed his engineering degree. Russ is currently completing an additional year and a half to become level 3 noise control engineering certification. He now heads up our CAD raining program and engineering department.
