Design Process

Custom Engineering

The first step in designing your custom Fit Tight Cover is obtaining accurate measurements.  We can send a trained representative to your facility to quickly measure the equipment.  These measurements are then emailed to our design department to begin development immediately.

The measurements are used by our experienced design specialists to create a “pattern” for your equipment.

Fabrication

Our in-house seamstresses have more than 50 years of combined experience creating removable insulation covers.  They use the custom patterns from our design department to fabricate high-quality covers made to fit your equipment.

Quality Check

Before each Fit Tight Cover is shipped, we perform a complete Quality Check – dimensions and measurements are confirmed, materials are verified, and seam strength is tested.

Installation

After the Quality Check, Fit Tight Covers are packaged with extensive labeling and detailed instructions to make installation as simple as possible.  We can also provide experienced installers to take care of the project for you.  Gribbins Insulation provides all installation services for Fit Tight Covers.
